Madison Methodist Monday Memo (5/12/25)

Wednesdays at Madison has concluded for the spring. Special thanks go to Julie Tipton and our amazing volunteers for a wonderful semester.
We will have the opportunity to come down front at the conclusion of our services this Sunday, May 18, to thank Steve Potter for leading our Outreach Ministries for the past five years. Our Missions program has grown dramatically under Steve’s leadership. Please be present to show your gratitude and then enjoy some special treats in the Fellowship Hall that Cynthia Lauderdale will provide for us. Let’s all be in prayer for Steve as he will be the new pastor of Decatur Global Methodist Church on June 1.
Men’s Ministry reminders:
- Truck Club meets this Thursday, May 15, at 7:30 p.m. at 224 Waterford Square in Madison. Bring a chair and a Bible.
- Dr. Andy Miller will be the guest speaker for our Men’s Club this Sunday, May 18, at 7:00 a.m. in the Christian Life Center. We will have a great breakfast and all men are invited.
We will host the first of many Praying Pelican mission teams for the summer on May 24! We will provide breakfast, dinner, and snacks for them during their week-long stay. This is a great opportunity to share God’s love! To sign up to help, please email Julie Tipton.
