Next Sunday, June 8th, we will worship together and celebrate the retirement of our Cornerstone/Education Building debt. This was made possible through the Lord’s Acre, by paying extra on principal over the years, through our annual budget surplus, and by your generous giving. Penn’s Catfish (Catfish Fillets, Chicken Tenders, French Fries, Hushpuppies, Baked Beans, and Slaw) will provide lunch for all of us at 11:00 a.m. and at noon in the Christian Life Center. We are looking for a few people to play on our co-ed softball team this summer. If you are interested in playing with us, please reach out to Michael Davis.
Our Altar Guild is made up of volunteers who take turns setting up Communion Services and adorning our church at Easter and Christmas to enhance our celebrations of these special times. If you feel led to join this team, please call or text Sandra Grisson at 601-862-8106.
